Investgazeta ranked Serhiy Oksanych, KINTO’s President
the best top-manager in Ukraine in 2008.
KINTO made settlements with all the shareholders of
the Synergy-3 investment fund, who wished to exit the fund in
spring.
May 14, 2009 started the placement of the investment
certificates of the new diversified unit investment fund
KINTO-Equity, the first in Ukraine equity open-end
fund.

The Annual General
Meeting of the OJSC “Closed-end non-diversified corporate investment
fund Synergy-3 took a decision on the prolongation of the term of
the fund for 2 years (until April 30, 2011) and on the procedure of
the pre-term redemption of shares with shareholders who did not
agree with such prolongation.
The shares of the
non-diversified corporate investment fund Synergy-5 were listed on
PFTS – the second level of listing - (PFTS code –
IFSNR5).
The closed-end
non-diversified corporate investment fund Synergy-2 has successfully
terminated its three-year activity. The fund’s average annual return
was 82.2%. The total net asset value per one share grew by more than
5 times from 10000 UAH (nominal value) to 52 094.69 UAH. The
fund’s return since inception constituted
420.95%.
The
new closed-end
non-diversified corporate investment fund Synergy-7 was launched.
Two thirds of the
fund’s portfolio are comprised of stocks of the listed leading
domestic companies, one third – of the yet unknown at the market and
perspective stocks of small and middle companies which at the moment
of purchase may even not be circulating at the organized
market.
Serhiy Oksanych, the President of KINTO, was awarded
with the diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for
significant input into creation of the system of state regulation of
the securities market and for his high professionalism.
Among the companies working in the Ukrainian stock market,
newspaper “Delo” ranks KINTO the winner in the nominations
“The Company with the best level of
service” and “The Company which service you would
use”. KINTO is also among the three leaders in the in the
nominations “The most well - known company” and

By the end of the year the asset value of the investment funds under
KINTO management exceeded UAH 1 billion.
KINTO President Serhiy Oksanych is in TOP-10. The Best Mangers
of Ukraine - 2007 ranked by Kompanion magazine.
OJSC KINTO launches two new equity funds: Synergy- 4 (May, 2007) and
Synergy- 5 (November, 2007).
The total assets under KINTO management grew by 4.9 times within the
year period, amounting to $200 mln.
OJSC KINTO becomes the biggest asset manager, managing more than 60% of
all Ukrainian public investment funds assets.
KINTO President Serhiy Oksanych attends the World Economic Forum in
Dalian. KINTO is among the Founding Members of the World Economic Forum's

KINTO wins the tender to manage assets of the Non-government pension
fund “Garant Pension” of Generali PPF Holding.
OJSC KINTO heads the rating "TOP-100. The best
financial institutions" ranked by economic
weekly "InvestGazeta". As of the end of
the 1 quarter 2007 the net asset value of 8 public investment funds
managed by KINTO amounted to 24,74% of the total Ukrainian non-venture
funds’ assets. Among the biggest and most profitable funds are Classical
(open-end fund), Narodniy and Dostatok (interval funds); Synergy -3,
Synergy -2, Synergy Real Estate and KINTO Capital are the biggest and most
profitable among the closed-end funds.
KINTO marks its 15th anniversary.
Established in 1992, KINTO is the oldest and highly reputable
securities firm dealing in the Ukrainian stock market. The Company
witnessed from the very beginning the establishment of the stock market

KINTO President Sergiy Oksanych named the 1-st in the
nomination “Investment companies” of the rating
“The best managers inUkraine ” (TOP-100 The best
Ukrainian companies) and took the 3-rd place in the nomination
“The best managers”.
KINTO President Sergiy Oksanych named the 1-st by the
Ukrainian rating programme “Guards of managers” in the
nomination “Stock market”.
By the end of the year the total net asset value of the eight
investment funds managed by OJSC KINTO exceeded UAH 250
million.
October, 30. KINTO started its work in new office at
the address: Kyiv 01034, 2 Lysenko Str.
September, 5. Interval diversified unit investment fund Narodny
started placement of its investment certificates. Nominal value of
the investment certificate is UAH 1000. ”Narodny” is a balanced
fund. According to the current legislature, the fund’s assets must be
allocated into different types of securities (shares, bonds, bank
deposits, etc). Balanced funds are less risky than equity funds but more
profitable than bond funds and suit best risk-averse investors who are not
limited by the investment horizon.
May. Synergy-3 closed-end non-diversified corporate
investment fund began its activity. Synergy-3 is open for
individuals and institutional investors and by its investment strategy and
investment policy continues to realize ideas based and successfully
implemented in Synergy and Synergy-2 funds. The objective of the fund is
maximum appreciation of capital through medium-term investment (3 years)
in Ukrainian equities with growth potential higher than market
average.
March, 20. The first in Ukraine closed-end
non-diversified public investment fund Synergy terminated its activity.
For three years of the fund’s activity (March 20, 2003 - March 20, 2006)
the share’s value has increased by 699,38%. The effective
annual return of the Synergy fund as of 20 March 2006 was
99,8%. |

KINTO OJSC was licensed by the State Securities and Stock
Market Commission of Ukraine as professional operator at the
securities market in collective investment institutions asset management
and pension fund asset management due to the expiration of the previous
license (license ÀÂ ¹020507 issued on 24, January 2006). Term of the
License - 27 January, 2011.

KINTO OJSC heads the ranking
"TOP-100. The best financial institutions"
by the amount of assets of unit and corporate investment funds under
its management. In 2005 the total net asset value of the 7 funds managed
by KINTO amounted to UAH 170.8 mln, or 42.65% of total
assets of all non-venture funds. The largest among open-end and interval
funds are KINTO’s unit investment funds Classical and
Dostatok. The ranking was presented by the financial and economic
weekly "InvestGazeta".

The net asset value of the first in Ukraine open-end investment fund
Classical has exceeded UAH 20 million. The value of
investment certificate has increased more than twice since the
fund’s inception in July 2004. The fund’s clients are mainly
individuals.
KINTO enters into the agreement to manage assets of the non-profit
organization "Open pension fund "Cherkasy".
September, 12. OJSC Closed-end non-diversified corporate
investment fund Synergy Real Estate started placement of its
shares. The fund suits qualified investors looking for
possibilities of diversification of their portfolio through long-term
investment into real estate market.
Ordinary shares of the Synergy-2 (PFTS ticker
IFSNR2) and Synergy Bond (PFTS ticker
IFSNB) investment funds have been listed in the third level of the
First Ukrainian Trading System (PFTS).
May, 30. OJSC Closed-end non-diversified corporate investment
fund Synergy-2 started placement of its shares. The fund’s
investment strategy is similar to the one behind the existing SYNERGY
fund.
February, 9. OJSC Closed-end non-diversified corporate
investment fund Synergy Bond investing in fixed-income securities
started placement of its shares.

KINTO created the first in Ukraine open-end diversified
unit investment fund "Classical" Any individual or
institutional investor can become the fund’s client. Nominal value of the
fund’s investment certificate is UAH 100 and the minimum investment in the
fund is UAH 1000. The fund "Classical" is a good choice for the
risk-averse investors who believe in the growth of the Ukrainian
securities market and are not limited by the investment horizon.
KINTO received the License of the State Securities and Stock
Market Commission of Ukraine on the pension fund asset
management.
KINTO together with corporation "Kvazar Micro" set up
an open-end pension fund "Social Standard" open for any
individuals and legal entities.
The first public investment fund in Ukraine – a Synergy
fund -managed by OJSC KINTO marked its first anniversary. Since the Fund’s
inception in March 2003, the net asset value per share has increased by
more than 100%. |

professional operators and most influential personalities at the Ukrainian
Securities market- 2002 in the Business Weekly nominations.
KINTO OJSC was licensed by the State Securities and Stock Market
Commission of Ukraine as professional operator at the securities market in
collective investment institutions asset management; license AA No. 558333
issued on 28 January 2003. KINTO OJSC is entitled to create unit (payovi -
Ukr.) investment funds and enter into contractual arrangements to manage
the assets of corporate investment funds formed according to the Law of
Ukraine "On Collective Investment Institutions" (unit and corporate
investment funds).
Synergy closed-end corporate non-diversified investment fund is
established, the first of the kind in Ukraine. KINTO receives the mandate
to manage Synergy fund.
For the first time in Ukraine, a closed-end corporate investment fund
managed by KINTO is listed in the PFTS.

KINTO's experts, together with EPIC representatives, consult the State
Committee for Property Management and Entrepreneurial Support
(Goskomimuschestvo) of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the sales of the
blocks of shares of OJSC Kyzylkumcement and OJSC Akhangarancement.
KINTO ltd receives the license of the State Securities and Stock Market
