Corporate Finance Department: Senior expert

Main activity: Private placement and IPO. Main responsibilities: сhoice of potential projects and clients, analysis of the offers, active contact with potential investors and companies-targets, creation of client base, participation in preparation and concluding of agreements about rendering financial services, valuation of companies, businesses and projects with the use of DCF methodology, comparative analysis and other methods, presentations and investment memorandums preparation, deals structuring, accompaniment of deals, project management of 1-2 groups of analysts. Requirements: work experience of 4-5 years in corporate finance, experience of M&A deals, private and public placement, western higher financial education or degree of acknowledged Ukrainian university plus 2-3-year work experience in consulting “big four” or foreign bank, broad knowledge of financial mathematics, corporate finance and investment analysis, clear understanding of all business aspects in different companies ,clear understanding of accounting standards, including the difference between Ukrainian and international standards, fluent oral and written English, excellent oral and written communication skills (English, Ukrainian and Russian).
