Serhiy Oksanych, Ph.D, President of KINTO, Asset Management, one of the most experienced managers in Ukraine, was among those who founded and developed Ukrainian stock market. For more than 10 years Mr. Oksanych was heading professional organizations of the Ukrainian stock market participants: Ukrainian Association of Investment Business (UAIB) and Securities Traders Association. Mr. Oksanych was a member of working groups in Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada), Ukrainian Government (Cabinet of Ministers) and Ministry of Economy, participating in preparation of the draft laws and regulative documents on investment funds, investment companies and conception of Ukrainian securities market development. Mr. Oksanych has been actively participating in developing laws and regulations on joint stock companies and non-government pension funds. He has a Ph. D. degree in economy. Serhiy Oksanych has numerously been awarded with high ratings and honorary titles, such as “Most influential personality of the Ukrainian stock market”, Leader of the Ukrainian stock market”, "Financier of the Year", “Prominent personality of the Ukrainian stock market”, “The best managers of Ukraine”, etc. In 2007 Mr. Oksanych was one of the nominees of TOP-10. The Best Top-Managers of Ukraine, the “Kompanion“ magazine ranking.

Dr. Anatoliy V. Fedorenko, Vice President of KINTO Asset Management. He has been occupying this position since KINTO foundation. A. Fedorenko is a member of KINTO Management Board. He is responsible for the company’s relationship with Governmental agencies, legislation development and expertise of the normative legal acts on producing and investing securities, joint investing, non-governmental pensions, and taxation on the stock market.

A. Fedorenko was a member of working groups on drafting Ukrainian laws “On joint investment institutions (unit and corporate funds)”, “On Non-governmental pension provision”, ”On securities and stock market”, “On land investment funds” etc.

A. Fedorenko is a Board member of the National Bank of Ukraine, a member of the Consultative-and-Expert Council of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission, a member of the Scientific-and-Expert Council of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, a member of the Public Collegiums of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. He has a Ph.D. degree in economics. He is a Senior Researcher in the Institute of Economics and Forecasting, National Academy of Science of Ukraine. He was honored with Mark of Respect by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

Dr. Vitaliy G. Melnychuk, the Vice President of KINTO Asset Management, supervises the company’s activity in the field of non-governmental pension funds and investment in the municipal projects. Mr. Melnychuk is the people’s deputy of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 1st convocation. He is an expert in public and corporate finances with twenty five year experience of practical, scientific and analytical work in the sphere of finances and economy, as well as in legislative activity. Mr. Melnychuk has practical experience of work in government authorities and institutions of local governing managing economic and social development of the country, being a head of the advisory group to the prime-minister of Ukraine, a deputy chair of the accounting chamber of Ukraine and a mayor of Zhytomyr city.

He has an experience of work as a financial director of the machine-building corporation.

Dr. Vitaliy G. Melnychuk has Ph.D degree in economics and is a senior lecturer in “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy“ National University. He has 73 publications in economics and finances and is the author of the first national manual “Economics” recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science for Ukrainian schools.

Dr. Victor О. Botte, Funds’ Asset Manager of KINTO Asset Management.

Victor Botte joined KINTO in 1995. Till 2003 he worked as the Senior Analyst of the Research Department. He focused his activity on stock market development, Ukrainian economic sector analysis, as well as he prepared research reports on investment attractive companies and constantly was monitoring them. He is a securities and stock market expert. In 1999, V. Botte received qualification of CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst) from the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies.

Practical activity on portfolio management has been doing since 2003 – the first collective investment institutions in Ukraine foundation moment. He managed the first in Ukraine public closed-end fund SYNERGY - for three years of the fund’s activity (March 20, 2003 - March 20, 2006) the share’s value has increased by 699,38%.

Starting 2000 till present V. Botte has been giving courses at Kyiv Business School and Kyiv Institute of Investment Management.

Prior to joining KINTO, he worked as a Senior Scientist at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He has a Ph.D. degree in Physics. Dr. Victor Botte has published over 40 scientific publications in various international and domestic journals, including 10 inventory certificates.

Dr. Vitaliy Yu. Ptitsyn, Funds’ Asset Manager of KINTO Asset Management.

Vitaliy Ptitsyn has been working at KINTO since 1993. His career path at the company started from the position of Investment Projects Manager, than he served as the Director for KINTO’s relations with its subsidiaries all over Ukraine – managed and controlled their activity. From 1995 till 2005 he worked as the Head of the Research Department. He was engaged in preparation of a particular branch reviews, analysis and estimation of the companies, investment portfolios management, monitoring of the Ukrainian stock market. He is a securities and stock market expert. In 1999, he received qualification of CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst).

Since 2000 till present, V. Ptitsyn gives courses at Kyiv Business School and Kyiv Institute of Investment Management.

Prior to joining KINTO, he worked as a Senior Scientist in the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He has a Ph.D. degree in Physics and published 15 scientific articles.
