Open Joint Stock Company Closed-End Non-Diversified Corporate Investment Fund SYNERGY-7

SYNERGY-7 is the new equity fund launched in February 2008 for the term of 5 years which continues the sequence of SYNERGY funds managed by KINTO. The objective of the fund is maximum appreciation of capital through medium-term investment into Ukrainian equities with growth potential higher than market average. Investment strategy of the new SYNERGY-7 Fund was developed with taking into account considerable correction at the Ukrainian and world stock markets increasing growth potential of domestic stocks. Two thirds of the Fund’s portfolio will be comprised of stocks of the listed leading domestic companies, one third – of the yet unknown at the market and perspective stocks of small and middle companies which at the moment of purchase may even not be circulating at the organized market.

The Fund adheres to the investment strategy of wide industry diversification substantially decreasing investment risks. SYNERGY-7 assets will be invested into different sectors of domestic economy: electricity, metallurgy, machine-building, financial sector, chemistry, oil, construction, food and retail; in each of the sectors the fund manager will be looking for companies - future leaders and new “stars”.

The Fund’s termination date is May, 2013.

Open Joint Stock Company Closed-End Non-Diversified Corporate Investment Fund SYNERGY-5

Synergy-5 is the equity fund launched in November 2007 for the term of 5 years. The fund targets at achieving maximum returns through medium-term investment in Ukrainian “second-tier” and “third-tier” companies with high growth potential, focusing on equities of the consumer sector. Besides, Synergy-5 invests in equities of the leading domestic companies: energy, machine building, metallurgy, oil and gas. The fund suits best risky investors aiming to achieve maximum returns in mid term horizon. Termination Date: 2012.

Open Joint-Stock Company Closed-end Non-diversified Corporate Investment Fund SYNERGY-4

The placement of Synergy-4 fund’s shares started in May, 2007. SYNERGY-4 fund continues the sequence of SYNERGY funds managed by KINTO. The objective of the fund is maximum appreciation of capital through medium-term investment into Ukrainian equities with growth potential higher than market average. According to its investment strategy SYNERGY-4 is classified as a “growth fund”.
The fund targets at achieving maximum results through investment in Ukrainian equities of the leading sectors of Ukrainian economy: energy, machine-building, metallurgy, oil and gas, chemical industry, food and construction, financial and consumer sector. The similar strategy was successfully realized by the first in Ukraine public investment fund Synergy, set up by KINTO, which showed 99,8% annual return for 3 years of it’s activity (2003-2006), and currently is being implemented by the funds Synergy-2 and Synergy-3, also demonstrating high return.
The fund’s termination date is June 22, 2010. The shares of Synergy-4 are listed in PFTS (ticker – IFSNR4).

Open Joint-Stock Company Closed-end Non-diversified Corporate Investment Fund SYNERGY-3

The placement of the Synergy-3 fund’s shares started in May, 2006. Synergy-3 fund continues the sequence of Synergy-2 fund managed by KINTO. The objective of the fund is maximum appreciation of capital through medium-term investment in Ukrainian equities with growth potential higher than market average.
The fund is created as a closed-end non-diversified entity, allowing it to invest no less than 50% of funds in equities of local issuers. Synergy-3 fund’s assets are allocated in the shares of industrial companies of leading sectors of the domestic economy: electricity, machine building and metallurgy, as well as in the “second- tier” companies of the new sectors, e.g. financial, services and food industry. The fund’s termination date is April, 2009. The shares of Synergy-3 are listed in PFTS (ticker - IFSNR3).

Open Joint-Stock Company Closed-end Non-diversified Corporate Investment Fund SYNERGY BOND

SYNERGY BOND continues the sequence of KINTO managed funds. The fund’s assets are allocated into fixed-income securities only. SYNERGY BOND is a legal entity and exists in the form of an open joint stock company. Public offering of fund’s shares started in February 2005. Fund’s objective is receiving a stable income with the minimum market risk through the allocation of its assets into domestic corporate, municipal and governmental bonds. Fund’s termination date is November 2014. The shares of SYNERGY BOND are listed on PFTS (ticker - IFSNB).

Interval diversified unit investment fund NARODNY

NARODNY fund was registered in summer 2006. The fund adheres to the balanced policy of receiving the maximum possible returns under moderate level of risks through long-term investments into a strictly diversified portfolio of Ukrainian securities (bonds, shares and money market instruments). The fund suits best risk-averse investors not limited by the investment horizon. With the fund Narodny the investor has opportunity to purchase and sell investment certificates at the secondary market. The investment certificates will be sold not only in Kyiv, but in the regions of Ukraine.

Open-end diversified unit investment fund CLASSICAL

CLASSICAL fund is the first open-end fund in Ukraine registered in summer 2004. The fund adheres to the balanced policy of receiving the maximum possible returns under moderate level of risks through the long-term investments into a highly diversified portfolio of government and municipal securities, Ukrainian corporate bonds, equity and money market instruments. The fund has an unlimited lifetime and undertakes the obligation to redeem investment certificates from fund’s investors anytime.
