REDEMPTION

Management Company: Open Joint-Stock Company “KINTO” (under current name since January 8, 2003; previous name - OJSC “Investment Company “Kyiv Investment Company” (KINTO)). License to manage assets of institutional investors (asset management activity). Licence AB No. 416672 expires 27.01.2011. Company was founded in 1992. KINTO provided services on asset management and consulting to domestic and international investment funds and individual investors, including in the course of voucher mass privatization.

FEES AND EXPENSES
