AQUIRING

Application for acquiring is accepted on the 5-th, 15-th and 25-th day of each month from 1 till 4 p.m. (if the payment is made cash) and till 5 p.m. (if the payment is made by transfer). In case, the day of accepting application coincides with a holiday, the application for acquiring is accepted on the 1-st working day after the dates mentioned above.

REDEMPTION

Redemption of investment certificates is done after the date when State Securities and Stock Market Commission recognises the Fund as such, that satisfies the demands on the minimum amount of assets. Application for redemption is accepted on the 5-th, 15-th and 25-th day of each month from 1 till 6 p.m. In case, the day of accepting application coincides with a holiday, the application for redemption is accepted on the 1-st working day after the dates mentioned above.

DIVIDEND POLICY

No dividends will be accrued or paid out.

Management Company: Open Joint-Stock Company “KINTO” (under current name since January 8, 2003; previous name - OJSC “Investment Company “Kyiv Investment Company” (KINTO)). License to manage assets of institutional investors (asset management activity). Licence AB No. 416672, expires 27.01.2011. Company was founded in 1992. KINTO provided services on asset management and consulting to domestic and international investment funds and individual investors, including in the course of voucher mass privatization.

FEES AND EXPENSES

The Agent's Front-end Commission (increases the price of the Fund's investment certificate)	– 1% - in case the amount of the Fund's investment certificates purchased by the Investor is 5 (five) and more*; – 2% - in case the amount of the Fund's investment certificates purchased by the Investor is less than 5 (five)*.
The Agent's Back-end Commission (decreases the price of the Fund's investment certificate)	– 1% - in case the amount of investment certificates for sale by the Investor is 5 (five) and more*; – 2% - in case the amount of investment certificates for sale by the Investor is less than 5 (five)*.
