SPF Offers For Sale State-Owned 26% In Zhydachiv Pulp And Paper Plant

The State Property Fund has put up for auction sale at the Ukrainian international stock exchange the state-owned 26% in the Zhydachiv pulp and paper plant /ZCPK/ (Lviv region).

In August 2002 the Cabinet of Ministers directed the SPF to ensure the sale of shares in five enterprises of the pulp and paper industry: 30% of the Kyiv-based cardboard and paper plant, 26% of the Zhydachiv-based pulp and paper plant, 26% of company Lvivkartonplast (Lviv region), 20% of the Rubizhne-based cardboard and packaging plant (Luhansk region), and 18.5% of the Izmail-based pulp and cardboard plant.
