Limited Company "KINTO, Ltd" holds a custodian license AV No.189785, dated 20 November 2006, issued by the State Securities and Stock Market Commission, and is a shareholder and a member of Securities Depository Joint Stock Company "Interregional Securities Union" (IRSU Depository).

Limited Company "KINTO, Ltd" provides the following custodial services:

• Opening client securities accounts;
• Safekeeping securities;
• Immobilizing the securities and transferring them into the documentary form;
• Servicing securities circulation at securities accounts and re-registering transfer of ownership rights;
• Servicing issuer operations (corporate actions) with securities;
• Representation and information services.

Limited Company "KINTO, Ltd" acts in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, Regulations for providing custodial services and other internal documents of custodian.
