KINTO Ltd. provides the following custodial services:

• Opening client securities accounts;
• Safekeeping securities;
• Immobilizing the securities and transferring them into the documentary form;
• Servicing securities circulation at securities accounts and re-registering transfer of ownership rights;
• Servicing issuer operations with securities;
• Representation and information services.

KINTO Ltd acts in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, Regulations for providing custodial services and other internal documents of custodian.
